（2）整套生產(chǎn)線的控制系統(tǒng)由先進(jìn)模塊式可編程控制器（PLC）與簡(jiǎn)單易用的觸摸屏（TOUCH SCREEN）所構(gòu)成； 本機(jī)的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)部分采用進(jìn)口馬達(dá)與其配套的變速箱構(gòu)成，具有火焰表面處理、自動(dòng)升降印頭、無極調(diào)速、快慢速機(jī)械傳動(dòng)、自動(dòng)預(yù)先對(duì)位、無件不印刷等控制功能；自動(dòng)火焰表面處理裝置用于改變?nèi)萜鞅砻嬷M織結(jié)構(gòu)，確保印刷油墨牢固附著于印刷上；
